From paper and spreadsheets to a shared language of behaviour
In 2013, Torri Wright — a Special Education teacher turned behaviour consultant — partnered with software company owner Michael Krol, frustrated by manually tracking behaviour on paper and Excel. Together they built BEHCA to decode behaviour in real time, with every professional caring for a person working from the same data.
Behaviour is a language. BEHCA offers translation — surfacing the trends and patterns otherwise missed, and shifting how care teams connect with the people they support.
